7/15/23 7:30am. I order an unsweetened ice tea through the drive through. I pay, get to the second window and she hands me my drink, I ask her if it’s unsweetened and she says yes. Well I get to work, take a sip and it’s not unsweetened! I cannot have sugar! I go after work at 4:30pm to get the correct drink. I go inside, and I explain what happened, I give her the drink from the morning and she says oh I can’t touch it, you will have to go to the bathroom and dump it out. No sincere apology, nothing. What ever happened to customer service?

Good stuff, they gave the correct food, we modified almost every item, it was all perfect. Tho the fries could have been hotter. Clean and friendly, lots of seating, space to eat and enjoy with my whole family. No play place, but still worked out fine.

Purchase chicken nuggets and med fry through drive thru today. Came home and nuggets were not fresh and hard. I called and spoke with the manager on shift around 3pm, and she said to come back in. I wished I took note of the managers name, but she was very kind and she had my nuggets and fries made fresh! They would delightful and I am happy that they corrected their service.

Zero quality control at this location. I cannot say if this is the fault of management or the employees or maybe both. This is the second time ordering from this location personally and twice in a row the quality was trash. Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, no lettuce but instead extra pickles and enough mayo to cover all the food ordered leaking out the side of it. Next is the chicken sandwich ordered, the bun was hard as a rock and noticeable as soon as it was touched so I know those employees would of felt the dry hard bun when preparing. Management should be doing quality control of food leaving the establishment. When I worked in restaurants I would of never let this stuff leave the kitchen.

I don’t like giving 1-star reviews but being asked to pull to the drive thru waiting area twice in the last two visits, when all I ask for was a couple of quarter pounders with cheese, deserves it. If you can’t serve food at the drive-thru in a timely manner, then stop selling food and limit it to drinks only. The 1-star rating is for the service, not the food, because the quarter pounders were actually what I expect them to be.

I went inside to order for a takeout order. I made a mistake on the order. I admitted to it and asked if I could change the order. Jay, a young woman and manager in training came over to help the cashier that didn’t have a clue how to do it. After doing the change, Jay gave me a attitude and rolled her eyes at me. They refunded my mistake and charged me for the change in the order. I got the bag with NO receipt. I got home and had 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 filet of fish and a Big Mac. I didn’t order the 2 bacon cheeseburgers. I was missing the quarter pounder with cheese and the chicken McNuggets. Being upset, I checked my bank app. I paid $39 and change for the 4 items in my bag.

Gave me 20 undercooked/still frozen nuggets. Called to see what could be done, told me I had to come back to the store so I could get a refund and a free coupon for next time. Came back 20mins and was presented with attitude and was accused of lying. Worst service ever. I’ve been coming here for a while and I won’t be coming back again
