The employees were extremely patient while I experienced app difficulties in the drive through line, and courteous. They helped me pick a good meal option when my budget was suddenly lowered by surprise. They even ran out the food to my window personally, and reassured me that it wasn’t a bother. They asked me to have the best day, and honestly. It was just GREAT, SIMPLE, SERVICE. Way to keep that attitude y’all! I’ll be bringing the family reunion here for business when they come in at the end of this moth. I can’t thank the crew here enough for just being genuine and friendly, and still being efficient. Will definitely be back.

What’s with the flies? While waiting in the lobby for my order, there must have been 2 dozen flies all over the windows and counter. There was a couple of fly paper streamers I could see in the back area and they were quite full. The staff didn’t seem to notice the flies everywhere. Were they in the ice bin? Not sure, but they were outside of it. Why can’t restaurants have better way of keeping these pests under control?

Goldendale location always has only 3-4 cars around with only maybe 3-4 people inside but yet we have to pull into a Parking spot to wait on hot fries but 1out of 5 times the fries are cold so I’m confused about why we have to pull into that spot. Staff is always friendly though so we go back. We do drive 45 minutes to get McDonald’s so we would love hot fries all the time

As a local in goldendale I find it extremely convenient how your ice cream machine is always magically “broken” by 8:30pm. Oh and the fact that it’s the same workers as well is also very shocking. Seriously get it together and do your job. At least be honest and admit to the fact that you’re lazy and don’t want to deal with making ice cream after a certain time. Lying and saying the machine is broken just makes you look bad. This is why you shouldn’t make more than minimum wage.
