When I walked into the Restaurant it was being cleaned. Bathrooms and lobby were being cleaned . Ordered a steak egg and cheese begal and a steak egg and cheese muffin. The muffin was hot and fresh but when I opened my other sandwich I noticed I received a sausage egg and cheese begal. Went back to have it replaced, manager gave me a free meal card for the inconvenience. Thanks McDonald’s for taking care of the issue. Will surely be back!

Stopped in to get ice cream after a softball tournament. Specifically asked at the order window (drive thru) if they were still serving dipped cones guy said yes. I order 2 on the order screen it says dipped cone ordered 2 medium fries as well. Pay at the window said I didn’t need my receipt moved forward to next window guy tries to hand me 2 regular cones I said that’s not what I order he said we don’t do dipped cones anymore. I said the guy when I ordered said you did. He said we don’t I said ok sundaes would work chocolate and Carmel. He said ok. Girl comes to the window to ask me if I still want the cones I said no I’ll take sundaes instead she tells me there is a price difference and i needed to pay more I said no she can make it right and figure it out. Guy comes back to the window with fries hands me the bag both bags of fries are dumped upside down in the bag and then hands me the sundaes will not make eye contact. I made a comment about having good customer service he looked at me and said this is good customer service I said really what happened to a smile on your face and eye contact. Aidan who took my payment was the only polite person I came into contact with.

Although it took a little bit longer than we would have liked the drive-thru line by the time we got up to the window and met with the cashier who was smiling in a fantastic attitude and then we got to the next window and got our food with another smile at a great attitude I couldn’t believe that with as busy as they were if they still kept perfect Smiles on their face and wish this a good day I’ll always come back
