I ordered a frozen coke as it’s the only flavor I like and a mcdouble with no pickles no mustard they got the everything on it right but it supposed to come with onion which I had none of the guy then tells me after I’ve paid that there frozen coke is in defrost and if I would like a different flavor as I’ve said I don’t like the other flavors and being as I’m pregnant and they make me nauseous I didn’t want a different one so I told him he should have been communicating with the person taking the order as I would not ordered it because it wasn’t available the guy proceeded to have attitude and be completely rude so I asked for a refund on the drink to which he responded with “fine” and slammed the window the manager then came and gave me the refund and the food and refused to apologize for her employee being completely unprofessional 3/4 of the way tempted to never eat mcdonalds again.

First off, out of milkshakes, not the first, second or third time through this particular locations drive through and no shakes. We live a five minute drive from this location. When we got home the fries we’re soggy, cold and unsalted, burgers were cold and the apple pie was cold and literally rubbery it had been sitting so long!

About 230 today I went through the drive up at McDonald’s and ordered a spicy mcchicken meal. Paid at first window got to second window to be told I needed to pull around and wait for my food to be done. There was no one behind me or in front of me. However I did as instructed. After waiting 20 minutes I walked in and asked if I could get what I ordered to be dismissed as if I wasn’t told to pull around and wait. I was handed my cold bag of food and was told on my way out the door “have a nice day” in a very snarky tone. I was so disappointed that I drove back around and talked to the manager via the drive up window. She acted as if I was the cause and she apologized telling me and that there must of been a misunderstanding. I even had to make my own drink. You would think of people are being paid 16-18 per hour that they would be held to a hirer standard. Obviously the only thing that happens is worse service and increased cost. Pita pit, Carl Jrs, and taco bell will be the go to places going forward. To be dismissed and treated in such a disrespectful way and to be told that I was the one who was to blame is unacceptable when your a paying customer. Apparently they don’t care if they lose a customer. I would suggest going elsewhere if you want good service and warm food. If I should ever go through this drive up again, when asked to pull around I will politely decline and wait for my order. Not my concern if your timing through the drive up drops. We are customers not a statistic

Wife picked me up after a night of drinking. It was about 1030 when we got there. Sat in the drive through line for 5 minutes, finally the girl that took our order said she “won’t serve us” for whatever reason. So we had to sit in the drive through for 5 more minutes because we were stuck between the cars that did get food. You’re not a bar, you’re mcdonalds. Why are you not serving people. The manager needs to be fired it sounds like.

Will give you cold fries, act like you’re the problem if you speak up and ask for new ones, and then take 10 minutes to bring the new fries. Managers can’t be bothered to help new employees. Just do yourself a favor and throw your money out your car window on the way here. Atleast you won’t feel disrespected when you waste your own cash.

This is such a great location. This McDonald’s store is always clean, employees always friendly,and food order is always correct . 10/10 recommend. Plus the play places are few and far between these days, this location has one though!
