This location messes up A LOT. It’s ridiculous how often they mess up your order. It’s almost like a running joke with them except it’s not funny. Today is the first time I called and complained. They were missing half my order. I went through the drive-thru so of course once I got home I had to drive back to get a refund. Also, I asked if the sauce for the burrito was in the bag and I got a yes from the employee. Was there sauce in the bag? NO. The manager was “nice” it just doesn’t seem like she knows how to manage her team. This place needs to get it together.

I decided to give this McDonald’s another chance I order 10 piece chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. When I got home there was BBQ sauce and ranch. They either don’t pay attention and don’t care about anything or the workers cannot read what is what. Done never going back again.

I’ve been to this one before and there was definitely better service and food! The fries were cold and no salt, the cheese burgers were cold and obviously had been sitting around for awhile. One employee was talking to another saying I don’t want to work holidays or overtime! Thats all fine and dandy but if your unhappy leave or at least leave the attitude behind, customers are not responsible for your work satisfaction. Try this “be the best you can be at the job your at!”
