This McDonald’s is like most others. Seemed clean enough and service was quick. We got mcflurries and some chicken nuggets. The treats were good, as is standard. The chicken nuggets were crispy and warm and delightful as always.

We went to grab a Mocha Frappe. I was so excited to get one since it had been so long since I last had one. We paid, got to the pick up window & was handed the frappe that wasn’t full like usual. It was just about half way. I mentioned to the worker that the frappe wasn’t full. Her response was that it was the machines fault. I asked her to please remake it & I got an eye roll & she slammed the door. She was really rude about it. I understand someone having a bad day but the last several times I’ve gone to McDonald’s the customer service has been awful. Please McDonald’s, teach the workers good customer service.

9:10pm went through drive through and did a mobile order to make it easy for the transaction as I pull in to get my food I got all my food I noticed they didn’t put any barbecue sauce in my bag….. not big deal I’m still here drive around and told them what had happen told to go to 2 window manager asked how many I order told her then her professionalism went out the window when she said are you sure you paid because people Say they pay and they don’t and she asked for my recipe witch I didn’t get one i said I don’t have one didn’t get one I told her to pull the order she said I’ll just give it to you and as I drive away manager gave me glare like if I just lied. I just feel like they ALWAYS have to get something wrong with the order. I usually always get a mc chicken with LIGHT, I mean LIGHT and NO and I MEAN NO lettuce. They always either put lettuce on it or MAYO not LIGHT MAYO.. just MAYO. They are annoying but besides that they have good food. You can’t hate a easy, cheap, classic fast food place.
