My grandmother and I had went through the drive thru, we had paid for the wrong food and only noticed because we looked at the receipt. We let them know that what we paid for wasn’t our food. I talked to them with respect, I wasn’t mad because I know things happen I just wanted it fixed. (so we could pay for the right food and get OUR food at the next window) so they got their manager IREENA… very displeasing attitude.. no apologies, nothing but an attitude like it was OUR fault. My grandmother made a joke and said “we should’ve took it so we could get a free meal” and my grandmother was laughing, IREENA said “no. I wouldn’t have.” in the worst attitude. I should’ve smacked that lady through the drive thru for talking to MY ELDERLY GRANDMOTHER THAT WAY! Shame on her! I’ve NEVER came across a manager like that EVER. IVE NEVER HAD A MANAGER WHO HAS AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT. I was thinking about applying there just for something on the side and after encountering her I would never even think about working underneath somebody like her. On top of that I got cold fries but it wasn’t worth dealing with her attitude. That one lady made the entire restaurant look bad because she is apart of management and I’ve never met a manager like that..

This place is COMPLETELY unprofessional. I went in tonight using the app for free fries and a coke. The lady taking my order didn’t put the code in right. It was plainly obvious because it was displayed on the menu . I asked her I’m not being double charged, right? My card is linked to the app for autopay. She rudely said I have to order more then just fries. I told her, yeah, I ordered a coke. She then proceeded to rudely tell me to leave and threatened to call the cops on me. She also said they are taking pictures of my car. You should pay attention to who’s manning your restaurant. It’s a literal representation of you and your company. I’ve been coming here since the 90’s. A real shame. I will NEVER come back. . 100 percent unsatisfied. 0/10.
