Loved this. Didn’t think I’d like it at first. In the pouring rain out on the covered deck. But they knew what they were doing. The server knew gluten free and the staff did a great job. Had Bloody Marys for the first time in a long time and they were exceptional. Very good. Had the scallops wrapped in bacon for First course and those were very good. Then because it was cool and rainy I got a bowl of their chowder. Meh .. not great. But it was warm and gluten free. Just wish it had tasted a little better. All in all world go back. They did a great job. Thanks to all.

Great food as always. I had the special which was the lobster bruscetta. I included a picture. It was delicious. There was a good amount of lobster and very fairly priced. Our server was very friendly and provided wonderful service. I wish they would dress up the outside seating area a bit. Overall, a great place to dine in Boothbay harbor year after year.

Our server was absolutely amazing. The food is very fairly priced for being on the water. I love sitting outside because you get the view but it’s covered so you aren’t dying in the sun. Only downfall is the grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken portion is really thin. Other than that, it was amazing!

This place is great! Oysters were awesome I absolutely loved the clam chowda… a little different than the norm, but truly one of the best I’ve had. The calamari app was also phenomenal. Good spicy! Highly recommend McSeagull’s!

Went for dinner after the whale cruise, it was delicious food and reasonably priced, decent portions (we all took home leftovers). It wasn’t extremely busy but did take over 45 minutes for dinner to arrive. The chowder and bisque were show stoppers and the lobster came out of the shell very easily.

A very pleasant restaurant with nice views of the harbor. Today’s meal was a 1/2 dozen local oysters along with a pair of excellent blackened fish tacos. Generous portion of fries served with the tacos. I would recommend.

A nice place to share a lobster roll. The hot version was nice but I was told the cold version was tastier… lobster quantity was worthy and the french fries had the perfect cook. Nice place for lunch and not that pricey!

Very busy lunch because a lot of competitors are closed on Monday, the staff were all hustling as best they could, even the manager was waiting tables. Service was good, food was okay, I thought the whole belly clams were over fried and chewy but the haddock was good and my daughter loved her clam chowdah! Lots of outdoor seating.
