Legendary mess up on my order. Somehow a Hot Hawaiian with no pineapple turned out to be this weird 50/50 split that someone dropped a handful of pineapples of on one side. I’d be somewhat impressed if it wasn’t so expensive.

I placed an online order at 2pm to arrive at my home at 6pm since I was hosting an event I wanted my food to be there at a specific time. The food was not only 30 minutes late, the manager and other staff members were very rude. They also forgot to send part of the order, forgot plates , crushed pepper and Parmesan as I ordered online and their excuse is they get busy at 6pm. Which is why I ordered at 2pm… poor customer service !

I waited 40 mins for a 7 inch pizza… Employees spent more time chatting and playing on their phones . There’s literally no way my pizza took 40 minutes to cook…and they only had 3 customers eating there..shame on them..Won’t do that again

This is usually our favorite spot to go for pizza because it’s so good and crispy, but tonight as soon as we got there (8:38 pm) we were told they close at 9 and asked if we still wanted to order. We said yes, our pepperoni pizza didn’t have cheese as you can see in the picture. I understand employees want to leave work as soon as their shift is over, but their customer service should still be good.

My pizza was made in such poor quality that I had to drive to the location and had them remake it. I wanted pepperoni and black olives. The black olives were on top the pizza uncooked, not to mention way too many, enough to completely cover the pizza.

I have been eating Me-n-Eds pizza since the early 1980’s. They have the best pizza at a great value. I have tried other pizza places and their pizza is just ok compared to Me-n-Eds. The only thing I wish you would bring back is Mt Dew.
