I have to say the pizza is delicious the wings are okay, but the customer service is very bad, staff are rude, a simple question they will answer very rudely for no reason when they’re is no need for that when i as the customer is being very polite and respectful. Me n Ed’s don’t let your staff scare customers away. And again pizza is delicious

First off I must confess that I Love me and Ed’s and always have loved me and Ed’s. what is disappointing is how this restaurant pretty much like every other restaurant and business has gone crazy over the corona. even though they were open for business it look like they weren’t since they had every chair in the building on the tabletops like they were closed up and it’s making for a confusing situation. how much longer are we going to be placed under this type of stress especially for the businesses how many businesses are going to have to go belly-up before the government realizes that this pandemic is really only a pan the demek never occurred.

Awesome staff here! I ordered through the app for take out. Went to pick up and for some reason they did not have my order. They said they have been having issues with orders coming through the app. But since I had an order confirmation for that location, they made my pizza anyway! It was also Christmas Eve so they close at 8pm. I came in at 7:45 for my pizza and left with a pizza 20 minutes later! The manager was also super helpful and friendly and assured me that they would take care of my order. They worked quick and efficiently without sacrificing the integrity of the pizza. Amazing service!

Order a pizza , never came and after an hour I call back and never delivered the alleged that it was a misunderstanding between me and the person who was taking the order I was like really when in reality they told me that it was gonna be ready in 20 minutes delivery!!!! My kids ended up with no pizza for the fun Friday night it really broke my heart .. too late for apology memories don’t come back.
