I ordered 5 large pizzas. However the Large Pizza’s seemed to be more like stretched out medium size pizzas, they had bare minimum amount of toppings more like bread. The crust was extra thin and under cooked raw. The extra thick pepperoni was ordered with extra cheese and and was not provided. When brought to the attention of the crew manager at night, he was unprofessional sacarastically joking how he was able to see cheese on a pepperoni and said there it is, your extra cheese. I paid for the extra toppings and expected that. However I was served with this depressing meal. Crew manager was unprofessional and didn’t care to make things right. Combination was missing several toppings that a signature Pizza should come with according to their menu. I asked for the previous Manager and the crew manager said “A___y is long gone” and he didn’t care to redirect my complaint to someone higher. I am waiting for corporates response. This Dinuba location sadly does not offer any quality service or food. I don’t recommend this location to anybody. If you happen to have any Me-N-Ed cravings drive elsewhere. But for here on out I recommend Woodlakes Pizza Factory. They don’t lack toppings there and is way worth the drive. I had paid online and manager did not care to refund my money for there horrible Pizza. Hopefully nobody gets a food borne illness from this location one day.

Worst pizza we’ve had in years I ordered a large pepperoni and large combination. I got a cheese pizza ( barely any cheese) because they messed up my order sure they offered to either put pep on my pizza or make another one I said no because then my combination would have gotten cold. So I took the cheese. Which had hardly any cheese or sauce the combination was dry as well. Little caesars would have done a much better job. For the price we pay the pizza should be better

I been ordering from here for years most of the time I have had a good experience with my pizza I mostly order for delivery only one time I had an issue but I called right away and they had the delivery driver come back to bring me what was missing but over all I think its a good pizza place to order from I order sometimes for pick up about 15-25min before and its ready theirs days if you call for delivery they might take an hour and half so be prepared to wait you can also order online I done that too it tells you the wait time as well sometimes its better than calling because most of the time their busy and put you on hold for a while but I must say their ranch is the best the price has gone up over the years now but its good

Just moved to Dinuba 3 weeks ago Whent to this pizza place ordered a small pizza pepperoni sausage a chicken it’s about 25 minutes wait which is not bad got home open up the pizza box and the dough was raw raw dough horrible. Also when they cut the slices they don’t cut all the way through the pizza had a lot of spots blank no cheese no nothing that’s because the dough Rises and they don’t pop the bubbles on time. Probably wondering how do I know cuz I worked at a pizza place for 10 years. They just take the pizzas out cut them up and that’s it I don’t see anybody doing product control.
