Top notch food. Great atmosphere. Okay coffee. Seating can be very limited due to people being there for hours with their laptops. Usually I have to get takeout because of this. But got to eat in this time because some tables were open.

I tried the bat 2.0 sandwich (bacon avocado tomato = bat). We also tried a pumpkin latte, a cappuccino, and an everything bagel. All of it was exactly as ordered and delicious! Plenty of parking options exist. It can be noisy inside, due to the concrete floors and wooden tables/chairs, but they’ve tried to counter the noise by hanging some tapestries. The menu had tons of unique options. The cucumbers in my bat were very crunchy and fresh.

Overall a good place! Latte was standard and Strawberry White Chocolate Mocha special was better. Breakfast was good, bacon was chewy (not cooked long enough). Biscuit was good but more of a cornbread texture. Service was good, although when I had to go back up the lady I asked for preserves for my biscuit was a bit rude.

I got the nitro cold brew latte and for $6 is was a let down, more like 3 stars, however usually the coffee and lattes are very good so I gave it overall 4 stars. The cafe is beautiful and has a nice indoor seating area.

Amazing breakfast! I got the salmon bagel and it was sooo good. It had smoked salmon, arugula, tomato, and feta cream cheese. We also tried the quiche and avocado toast. Those were both amazing as well! The Golden latte, made with turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and coconut milk was surprisingly good! It was a nice change from a normal latte. You can also get espresso added to it!

Is rare that I give 5-Stars to anywhere, especially on the 1st visit; but, this place nailed it! The staff was welcoming, warm & friendly, and quick to serve. The food was tasty and satisfying. The communal area was well lit and still relaxing. I will definitely be back, I recommend this place to anyone who likes coffee and fresh breakfast.

Visiting from out of town, I dropped by and ordered the avocado, toast and coffee. The coffee had a metallic taste and was mediocre at best. I ordered the avocado toast at 7:33 AM, according to my receipt. At 7:55 still no food. There was no one in front of me when I ordered and the establishment was about 40% full. I went up to the counter to ask about my food and was told they were boxing it up. I could plainly see they were scrambling to get the order and had forgotten it. At least five others got their food during the time I was waiting and these others ordered after me. It would’ve been nice if they had simply said we are so sorry we misplaced your order. I can understand that and go along. What I can’t understand is someone trying to be dishonest with me about what happened.

Atmosphere was cool. First time I’ve had a mocha that doesn’t taste like coffee, milk, or chocolate, such an odd taste. Plus they only filled the cup up 2/3 way. Got a cinnamon roll that was okay, but it was pretty tough. I saw this place recommended everywhere, a little disappointed but it was cheap plus the river is right across the street so it’s easy to forget about.
