The place is much bigger than it appears. Great beer place not so much for a mixed drink. Service was fantastic. She truly was honest with us… Burgers are the BEST! She was right. Traffic Jam was all it promised and hubby had Bob’s Throwback. Homemade chips…yes please! We will definitely be back for more fun and burgers!

My very first visit! My friends have told me in the past this is a nice place. Better location and good replacement for Eat N’ Park! Very cozy environment.Hostess station very organized. Although our original seating request could not be accommodated,it was nice how we had been taken care of immediately! My friend and I enjoyed shrimp cocktail,a basket of fries,beer,and a chicken wrap.

We ate here for the first time. Everyone enjoyed the food and the dessert was great. The timing however was off especially when it came to the dessert. It took more time than normal between being done with our food and to place the dessert order. Then it was over 20 minutes to get the dessert.

We went on Tuesday night (8/8/23), it wasn’t that busy. Our waitress was nice but she forgot a lot of things and at one point, disappeared for at least 20 minutes. The food was subpar for the price, not worth it in my opinion. You could get the same food quality at a fast food chain. Pretty sure I got food poisoning and haven’t been able to leave my house in a few days because of it. I would NEVER come back here and would advise people to not come here.

Took 10 minutes to get a drink order. Then my party of 8 sat for over 30 minutes before we were even asked if we were eating. Took an additional 45 minutes to get the food and it was very lack luster. After eating it took another 30 minutes or so to get the checks processed. All in all a 2 and a half hour visit with very little satisfaction. If this is what passes for Service and food around Mentor, I feel sorry for the general public. Will not be going back. Would not recommend.

Very good service, food, and atmosphere. The new location is very nice inside. They have a scratch off machine in the lobby, keno, pull tabs, and a jukebox. Diverse and tasty menu. Tons of TV’s and bar seats, every seat and table has a great view of the TV’s. Friendly and attentive bartenders. Good daily specials as well. Ample parking. Clean restrooms. Very upbeat vibe. 5 stars, would highly recommend.

I didn’t really go in there expecting much. So when I was disappointed it wasn’t like it was a surprise. They seemed short-staffed. For $11 I got shrimp cocktail as an appetizer this cocktail sauce was anything but cocktail sauce. The onion rings were good. The double cheeseburger was an absolute disappointment. My daughter’s Burger wasn’t even complete when they brought it out they had to bring out bacon that was supposed to be on the burger that we had to wait for. Very very long wait. That might have been due to Staffing. Service was absolutely the worst. The building was nice. I might give it another try sometime, but for the price it’s going to be a while a lot of other places are a way better value.
