A bit pricey – like all of Aspen! But totally totally worth it. The wine selection is stupendous. The CHEESES are to die for and the chicken board is absolutely delicious. Get the chicken and the cheese board no questions asked. You will not regret it.

Pretty tasty food. The only thing I’m not happy with is Fondue – I was expecting a traditional form of serving.. The store inside the restaurant with local products also deserves a positive assessment. When placed at the tables, which are located on the street, it is not cold at all – heaters warm. Friendly staff.

Ate dinner at the bar. As the name indicates, great meat and cheese board. Rogue River Blue stuffed olives in the martinis.

Friendly, attentive staff and great food/decent beer menu. The fried chicken bites were a delicious starter and are something like popcorn chicken. Pair well with the honey mustard bbq sauce they provide. For dinner, tried both the rice dumplings and the crispy fried rice. The rice dumplings are essentially spicy Korean rice gnocchi and were fabulous — they definitely pack a little heat. The crispy fried rice has great texture but was a bit lacking lacking in flavor. Personal preference, but if I ordered it again, I would request some of the Korean chili sauce on the side. Overall, great experience. It’s a little pricey because downtown Aspen, but the quality/service justifies the expense.

The steak board was delicious along with the meat and cheese board. One of the favorite spots in Aspen. Food is delicious!

Both of our sandwiches (Italian Grinder and Pastrami) were phenomenal. The town is bonkers but the wait is worth it. Looking forward to passing through Aspen again just to eat here.

This place just always knocks it out of the park. We always make it our first meal when we pull into town. The half chicken board is enough to share for two people and freaking delicious. The summer corn dish is also amazing with the coconut and lime. The $20 price point is a little absurd since corn is so damn cheap, but we will let it slide on account of deliciousness.

Stayed one week in Aspen, went to a a different restaurant every night and this one was by far the best. Food is incredibly good snd freshly sourced. Fun, not pretentious ambiance . Quick and friendly service . Also price was not as high as most places in Aspen . Will return soon!

The Bosam was surprisingly good….coming from a Korean. Their chicken board also looked good from the table next to us. Wish their drinks were a little more reasonably priced.

I enjoyed the entire experience at meat and cheese. Great place for lunch or dinner in Aspen. The meat and cheese board was probably the least of what I enjoyed, but still good. It is hard to mess up meat and cheese. The wow factor was the dumplings. So delicious if you are ok with a little spice. The kids menu was also great. I took my little ones and they loved it.
