Food is good. After dinner, my daughter wanted a milkshake. So of course I ordered one for her. 10 minutes later, I asked if my milkshake was ready. The staff was to busy talking amongst themselves. they neglected to make our shake. I asked for a refund and left. Our last impression. Was a lasting one for us. Not focused on taking care of their customers.Although the food was good. The service needs much improvement.

Extremely friendly service, especially considering they’re fast casual place. Very tasty burgers and dogs and fries. Their milkshakes are excellent and much more reasonably priced than oberweis down the block. I think I’d go for just a shake more often if they had a drive thru. Generous list of seemingly 20-30 complimentary toppings on the sandwiches. Cool vibe with fun music and as mentioned very friendly staff.

Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and very customizable ingredients make this one of my favorite burger places, and certainly my favorite burger place in the area. Cajun fries are great and plentiful, and staff don’t skimp on burger toppings/additions, and the patties themselves are excellent. They even freshly cut jalapeños to order, I don’t know any other (nearby) burger joint place that goes that extra step.

Excellent food. Menu isn’t huge so I would recommend checking the menu before coming in if you are a picky eater. Creative takes on burgers with fresh ingredients. The app works well for easy payment and occasionally sends coupon options. Overall very good food but a little more expensive than a fast food restaurant.

Food was very very good…best “fast food” burger I’ve had. However, it was my boyfriend and mines first time at this place so we took a few minutes to look at the menu. The man at the counter looked annoyed that we weren’t ready to order. Once we stepped forward to order he was very unfriendly, and after we ordered our burgers he was quite rude when we were trying to figure out what fries to get. (There was an eye roll in there too). He also brought ourfood to the table and nor once did he have a smile or ask if we needed anything. David, if it wasn’t for the service you gave…this rating would have been a 5 star.

If a Burger is going to take over 25 minutes to get ready a little warning would be appreciated. I knew food would take a little longer as it is quality. Was a two star but taking a bite of the burger bumped it back up to 3. The staff was also very friendly they really should just give a heads up if it’s going to be a crazy long the wait.

Average. I had the chicken tenders (4 for $5.75) with ranch/ bacon sauce and a very good honey mustard sauce. The cheese bacon fries ($5.50) were soggy and horrible – not sure if the oil was bad in the fryer or if it was the cheese sauce: blech. No recommendation from me. $12.15 – for a bad lunch

This may be my favorite local burger place. Love the Cajun fries, and the wife appreciates the “mix your own” fountain drinks. Always friendly. They have a number of different burgers, chicken, hotdogs, or you can build your own, just the way you want it. The “californian” is my fav.

Burger is pretty good, but the fries were real bad and that’s a make or break for me. Chicken tenders seem to be cooked in pickle juice? Not bad, definitely it’s own, but not for me.
