This little restaurant is so fantastic. It may not have the fanciest decor, and it isn’t located in a large city, but if you happen to drive through Girard, Kansas, and want some authentic Mexican food, definitely stop here. They have reasonable prices, and our waiter was fantastic.

Gave them a try now that the Medina family has sold. Had high expectations as it was always 5 starts for us. Sorry that it’s not the same. I give them the benefit of the doubt as they are learning. Service was not good. Friendly, but lacked the attention that Medinas had. Had to wait for food quite a while. When it came out they were serving multiple tables but inly part of each table. Messed up order which happens, but never used to here

WORST Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. Cheese dip is like water! My hubs, my friends, and I always eat lots of salsa and it was so nasty nobody finished a bowl of it. Oh, mind you we got two little containers of salsa and 2 small baskets of chips to share between 6 people and if we wanted refills we had to pay extra. This place is dirty, too. Drive a few miles to Pittsburg and eat at El Caballo or Cafe Del Rio.

Only have been there once but it was good. Had the triple fajitas and wife had street tacos. Both if us enjoyed it. Parking wasn’t the best. Will go back trybnew menus items.
