This place is such a gem in Athens. We are always doing delivery from here for a quick dinner. The freshness of veggies and flavors of the different sauces and meats are always great and consistent. Highly recommend the combination entree, hummus, and falafel.

I got a chicken wrap with Tzatziki sauce instead of the hot sauce and a pistachio baklava! The wrap was so delicious and the perfect meal that wasn’t too heavy to finish! But the pistachio baklava was DIVINE. Worth going for that alone I will definitely be back!

Everything was flavorless & tasteless. I spent over $20, including tip for a takeout disaster. I ordered lentil soup, rice, and a large Greek salad. I can cook food much better than what was served. Literally nothing had flavor to it. The soup almost made me vomit. The salad dressing only consists of olive oil and garlic…. no vinegar or anything. The pita wasn’t grilled. The soup was a puree and I was given many forks but no spoon. The rice only had turmeric and paprika for color plus butter… no salt. I was surprised because the reviews are so good and I’m familiar with Greek food. The only positive thing I can say was that the food was hot and the people were friendly. I almost feel bad for leaving this review; however, I am a Google reviewer and must be honest.

I’ve lived in Athens for over three years now, and I finally got around to trying this place for lunch. Totally worth it! For $26, two of us got plates to split and both types of baklava. The food was very fresh and flavorful, and perfect for a nice lunch right off of campus. A very happy little place!

Food was really tasty and fairly-priced, portions were generous, service was fast. Pretty much perfect for the price! Will definitely visit again!

I have eaten at Mediterranean Grill several times and the food has remained consistently good. Mediterranean Grill offers a daily lunch special or diners can choose other meal combinations. Vegetarian snd vegan options are available along with desserts and drinks. There is space to eat indoors and a couple of tables for outdoor dining are also provided. Park in the rear.

Once and done! Ordered the Lunch Business Special for $10: a sampling of 3 meats, salad and a drink. Received a handful of flavorless, dried, overcooked shaved lamb, beef and a 3rd unrecognizable “meat” on a bed of what appeared and tasted like microwaved rice. Partner has a chicken caesar, over-cooked flavorless chicken decent portion of greens. We’ll not return again.

A ‘quick and easy’ takeout place (though dine-in is an option).

Quality of food is lacking. Rice (overcooked/too plump) and unseasoned. The meat carries an okay flavor but is underwhelming. The atmosphere is too shabby and not very reminiscent of a Mediterranean experience. Lacking in effort. I do recommend the Veggie Plate, however. Not the best in Athens, but has potential for improvement. $$

I don’t know where to begin! I’m shocked! First of all they forgot part of my order, no big deal, it happens. But….the large Greek salad had about 10 mini pieces of feta and the lettuce was ALL brown! I had to throw the whole thing out! The hummus tasted more like tahini and was horrible. The pita was so old and chewy, a texture I have never experienced that I physically could not chew it. Also thrown out! The Spanakopita was so oily, no feta, and the spinach was crunchy, hard, and old. This place was terrible. For $31.00, a large Greek salad, a small hummus, and the spanakopita, I expected way more. It was inedible! One of the worst places I have ever eaten at!
