Ordered the big medos burger. Nothing about it was big. The fries were also burnt. After showing the picture to the manager Karen she said that the fries are just dark sometimes. Also said they ordered new burger patties and that’s all they had now. The burgers are literally the size of slider patties. Maybe a tiny bit thicker but that’s it. They offered a refund if we returned the burger and fries. Instead of just saying “hey let me knock a few bucks off your bill” especially since we are regular customers. So now I will never order from them again. I look forward to the reply blaming the customer since they seem to do that in a lot of the reviews.

We ordered delivery a while back. It took over 2hrs to get to us. The food when it finally arrived was absolutely cold. The pizza and Stromboli was fully soggy from grease and not even edible.

I have seen this place for many years but I have never been until now and I’m sorry about that. I have been missing out, but now I know. Medo’s Italian Restaurant is what I feel a Italian restaurant should look like the ambience was pretty perfect. Our waitress was Kimberly and she was great. She had to walk the length of the restaurant to get our drinks and refills and believe me when I tell you that there was plenty refills, God bless Kimberly I know she got her steps in that day. She never let our drinks run out at any time. Our food was brought out piping hot and in a timely manner. Not only was Kimberly nice and a great waitress but the rest of the staff was awesome also. They did great picking there staff. The food was delicious as well. I got the cheese steak and oh my gosh, I could eat that from there every single day! It was one of the best I’ve ever had. The bread was crunchy and that just completely made the sandwich! There’s a sign in the window that says that their cheese steak is the best in town and they wasn’t lying either! If you like cheese steaks you must get you one from there! The cheese steaks come with a bag of potato chips. My mom got the Tuesday special which was the baked ziti with garlic bread and a salad for $6.99. It was really good and big enough to share too. This place is disgusting I ordered a MEAT calzone and when I got home I literally got what looks like a cheese quesodilla then I called up there and some ditzy girl said if I’ve ate any of it there’s nothing they can do only if I hadn’t eaten any? I honestly feel like they would just put it in the hotbox and resell it to someone else DO NOT eat here!!! Not to mention there employees are known to threaten the near by subway hopefully this post helps you not choose this “restaurant”

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo got my chicken super burnt the sauce is not good it tasted super old . I call to complain and the manager had her employee talk instead of her talk to me and I asked if I would take it back if she could give me another one and she said no I had to pay full price worst place ever and they have lost my business. In response to your comment about keeping the food. Why are you lying i told the employee’s I would gladly take it to you and you said no you have to pay full price for your replacement. So you can try to lie all you want my husband has worked in a restaurant longer than you guys have been in business. An he said it himself that the way the food was sent out was unacceptable.

if i could rate this zero stars i would i ordered a SIMPLE bruschetta and what comes out is terrible, soggy bread, no tomatoes whatsoever, and an overload of cheese. Ignored the looks and took a bite, it taste EXACTLY like papa john’s pizza. disappointment

Navigating The Mellowverse Podcast
Went to this restaurant and I asked the waitress if the food was made with cornmeal because I am highly allergic to all corn and she said NO so I then ordered it. Then the cook came and spoke to me about it. I do not blame the waitress for she didn’t know. But the manager or owner preserves to talk about it very loudly to where everyone in the restaurant could hear and she blamed it all on me even though I asked before ordering. It made me cry and very upset to where I would not eat my meal. And it ruined my birthday dinner with my loved one.
