The staff was great! The atmosphere is definitely small town vibes where everyone is family. The French toast was wet and not very good. Can’t speak on the rest of the menu though. Lovely little place to stop by while traveling with plenty of 2 hour roadside parking. Trailer/semi friendly..

Well its ok. Its ok and I think its ok well what do you think??? Ordered a western sandwitch but made with reduced size bread that was’nt toasted both side served on a small plate 12$ a coffee 2$ about 15 small size over cooked fries 4$ total with taxe 19.50 she deserved a nice tip 5$ cost almost 25$ US for a sandwitch WTH. I’m canadian its now over 32$ Cdn its becoming unaffordable for me. A real rip-off. Will never comeback.

If I could give negative stars I would. The food was overpriced and discusting, I usually DONT complain and support small businesses but this business I absolutely will NEVER support again. I not only spent well over $100 (which wasn’t an issue) on food for three people, two entree items that were ordered I did not receive. When I brought this to the attention to the staff, they were very rude, spiteful and were very very very unprofessional with what language they used. When I talked to the manager/owner of the business he dismissed everything I had said and when I pressed JUST for my missing items… he promised to make thing right. This was a month ago. I am STILL waiting on him to make things right.. I’m still waiting on my missing items (laughably). This was an order that was called into the restaurant and picked up by myself. Perhaps I should’ve checked if my items were all there before I left, but with the amount of customers they didn’t have at the time I trusted them. If you’re hungry or in the area I highly recommend you drive the extra few miles to another establishment!

I ordered broiled Cajun and got something else. The waitress explained to me that there was a new cook, and he messed up the order. She told me to keep that fish and she would get me another in Cajun. I got my Cajun fish and ate it and since she told me, I could keep the other fish I asked for a to-go container. The bill came and It was $38 for two fish dinners even though the second fish had no sides. The owner then stopped by and said to me “I here you didn’t like the flavor of the fish” obviously not getting the complete story from the waitress, and told me that I had to pay for both meals because I was taking one home. I left it at the table went to the register and they wanted me to pay for two fish dinners. Otherwise they wanted me to talk to the owner again, I paid the bill and left. I feel really sorry for the owner Robert as he doesn’t have a clue how to treat customers, I will never go back there again…

My kids had the cheeseburger and fries and I had the fish sandwich. Everything was overpriced and they charged extra for everything…. including 70cents for a slice of onion and 50 cents for a piece of lettuce. The fish sandwich was no more than a frozen fish filet and was charged $13. The only good thing was the service. Will not return

Nice spot, close to where I live. Biggest criticism was the booth seating. They need to be remade. It wasn’t the shabbiness, it was that they were uncomfortable. Food portions were large and very tasty, again with small critical caveats. A chef with attention to detail could bring the food up to excellent! For example, the peach and blueberry pie had great crust, and tasty, but…while you can use canned peaches, one cannot use frozen blueberries. If they used fresh blueberries, that pie would be “excellent”.

Owned by a friend of mine’s grandparents, they would kill me if I said it wasn’t good. Meeders is a classic establishment and I fully recommend a stop on your way to Erie before you hop on the highway. Outstanding breakfast and a homestyle atmosphere all make it exactly what I think a diner should be. Get a slice of homemade pie before you go!
