Situated near Belcourt, we couldn’t resist a visit to Meat Noodle. Upon entering, the special of the day, Duck noodles, caught my attention due to my fondness for duck dishes. My companion went for the tomato sirloin noodle bowl. To begin, we ordered a seaweed appetizer that pleasantly surprised us. The duck, though flavorful, contained quite a few bones. The sirloin proved delectable and both dishes had exceptional broths. The experience was positive enough to warrant a return visit in the future.

This place was okay. I was excited to get some dim sum, as I routinely make steam buns at home. However, for $10 for 4, the dough to filling ratio was way off. They were dry and the filing was not the traditional pork filling I’m used to, but rather a BBQ flavor and sauce. The pork dumplings were good, by the far the best thing I ordered. The takoyaki didn’t seem cooked and was very doughy and raw in the middle. It wrecked my stomach, and for that fact alone I’m giving it 2 stars. Maybe their other food is better, or they just had an off night, but I won’t be going back.

Met up with a few friends in Nashville and we decided to try Meet Noodles. We were all glad we did! Our server was very nice. And the food was delicious. I got the Beef Brisket rice and loved it! The prices were all decent as well.

I had visited Meet Noodles once when they newly opened several years ago but haven’t been back since. So when a friend decided to get together and grab lunch, I was game. They have their own parking lot which is great! It was a really pretty day so we decided to sit out on the deck.
