I have order the same thing here many times before and this time was horrible. I ordered a whole chicken and only got half of a chicken. I did realize it until I got home. Also, they said one minute even though my food was right in front of me and then let someone else come in front of me and service them. To top it off they don’t even give you the correct change back. They will play dumb, until you show them what they did. Last time I will order here.

Definitely not a mega burrito, more like a baby burrito. Torta was very dry, old lettuce, barely saw any mayonnaise, no avocado and meat was very chewy. Ants were crawling on the candied fruit inside the box. Won’t be back. (Fries don’t come with burrito, I just put some there to share prior to eating, but I couldn’t eat it anyway.)

Reading some of the recent reviews, I’m not sure if I went to the same place. The food was very good, and the service was good. The waitress used a translation app, and we had a few communication issues. Compared to the other Mexican restaurants in the area, the atmosphere and cleanliness was good. BTW – This is not Tex-Mex. My food wasn’t drowned in yellow cheesy sauce.

I know I should t expect it to be like actual Mexican food but I was extremely disappointed in everything! The services was okay, a bunch of waitresses were just in a circle and I needed their attention. Don’t get me started with the food, so bland, and seemed like it was reheated. I’ve worked in Mexican restaurants, and they don’t even serve actual Mexican rice, it’s white rice with mixed vegetables. The aguas frescas were watered down, and their store bought tortillas was definitely a big ew! How are you going to serve your customers store bought tortillas but be next door to a tortilla place? Huge disappointment. As a Mexican chef, this place deserves less than a one.

I dislike the name of this place. I love all else. Chips are fresh and their salsa verde that comes with the chips is perfect in flavor and texture. The Poblano with white rice is simply nice. The steak with green enchiladas are excellent with a good bold flavor . And the molcajete. Absolutely love the molcajete. It’s the best I found in Pinellas County! The tacos are also proper street tacos and filled with love to bring a smile to anyone craving that Mexican staple. Simply put. This is my go to place for Mexican food in Clearwater.

The rice looks like uncle bens rice and the sopa de mariscos had soggy crab legs. The refried beans were delicious. They’re next door to a tortillería and the tortillas served were store bought and microwaved. The very least if they tossed them on the grill or pan to warm the tortillas they would’ve had a different texture. Quality this time around wasn’t worth the price. This place is more Mexican-American cuisine than authentic Mexican food.

Wow wow wow. This place is amazing!! The food is so authentic and just so tasty. The service was amazing and the atmosphere is really relaxing. They also have a bakery too and they make everything fresh in house. I would tell anyone I know 100x to come here. It was so good I came here to eat 2 nights in a row. I love this place and I’m so happy I found my new spot
