Delicious food and wonderful service! They serve breakfast all day as of 7/10/23 which was awesome bc I wanted pancakes for my birthday!! You can tell the food is fresh, their country potatoes are some of the best I’ve ever had and they’re even reasonably priced!!

First time eating here. Ruben done very nicely. Fish & chip special was good. Pie and ice cream very good. Clean friendly asphomere. Friendly staff. Only 2 small issues, requested onion rings in lieu of French fries, but did not happen, waitress apologized. 4 percent upcharge for credit cards, so paid cash. Would have rated 5 stars except for these issues.

Great local diner serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a nicely decorated dining room with fast, cheerful service. Excellent portion sizes, especially the thick, fluffy pancakes! Hash browns and bacon were both nice and crisp. My only knock would be that the coffee was unimpressive, but I’m kind of a coffee snob.

Loved this placed. Traveling through the town on our road trip and was recommended this place for breakfast from the hotel we were staying in and it was delicious. Service and food both were awesome. ❤ Prices were very reasonable too especially for the amount of food you got.

Worth the wait while the business transition to the new location!! Saturday date night for us!! We were craving the Bbq ribs! And what a great choice it was!! Not only Bbq ribs but Sat night specials; Bbq ribs/shrimps, and included choice of fries and beef noodle soup, at an unbeatable price. The food was exceptional and huge portions (tons of leftovers), fall of the bone ribs, shrimps made just right and I’m not a fries person but I think this is my favorite now. And on top of that, friendly staff especially our waitress Staci.

Perfect addition to Maquoketa. Went for Sunday brunch not expecting too much, but happily stumbled upon their buffet. For $14 it gives you options that you’d find across the menu. Tasted great, well worth the money and great service!
