Excellent food at a great price. The goat meat is super tender and flavorful—a lot of selection beyond the typical Indian dish. The dishes take a while to prepare, but it is worthy. Friendly Mon and pop business.

I was traveling from New Jersey to Washington DC with my family and we had the pleasure of trying Mehran Restaurant’s delectable Pakistani cuisine. From the appetizers to the main dishes, everything was delicious and satisfying.

Had high expectations and were passed with ease. Ordered the chicken karahi and chicken biryani and was easily the best I’ve ever had. Have brought friends and family and all love it. My go to spot 5/5

Walking the neighborhood and stopped in. The owner/ chief was extremely welcoming and helpful. We were able to sample food we didn’t have before. The spice level was perfect, carefully crafted to taste each spice without being overwhelmed. You could tell the food was freshly prepared . Highly recommend the Lahore fish, the best I ever had. Actually recommend everything!

We had the veggie samosa, mutton saag, channa masala, chai tea, and tandoori nann. The chutney sauces were good but a little watery. I prefer a thicker chutney. Very solid dishes with wonderful flavor, spices (heat), and cook to perfection. The meats melts in your mouth, but there is still a nice chew. This is a small family run business, and one can taste the labor of love in the dishes. Rare to find a place making nann in the same kitchen. Prices are wonderful as there’s more than enough for leftovers! They only been open for 6 months! Keep up the good work!

Being a college student, I am always looking for good authentic Pakistani food places to go to. Me and my friends all agree that Mehran checks off all the boxes. So many selections to choose from, and all were so good. I got the beef karahi which is a must try if you go, super authentic and fresh. I also tried the boneless chicken kabob was so good along with the rice and chickpeas. My friend got the Seekh kabob and it was moist and flavorful not dry at all. All the food was hot and could tell it was freshly made. When I went again, I tried the gyro wrap, which is my go to, every time I go now. The naan is fresh and crispy along w flavorful gyro and a special sauce. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know and they are never dissatisfied.

Authentic Pakistani food at a reasonable price! Perfect spiced – delicious soups – tender meats. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from here to-date! My only comment would be to offer more sustainable takeout containers.
