Im really impressed with the new menu items, the staff is friendly and the vibe is laid back. It’s a nice hangout spot. I’m thrilled they added a beyond burger option for those like me who love burgers but have trouble with red meat.

Went there on a Thursday evening, called in advance to see if we needed reservation and they said there should be a lot of space. Went there and there wasn’t a lot of space. We had an event at the winery and I mentioned this to the server to make sure that we would not be late to our event. She said dinner takes about 25 minutes with the current ticket load but if we ordered appetizers it would be much quicker. So we ordered appetizers and waited over a half hour making us slightly late to our event which is the reason for four stars over five. Inside is very noisy. Outside was filled with smokers. Decent enough appetizers, but disappointed for the wait and being late to the winery.

Meister’s was a great place in the 90s. But now it’s 2023. The staff act like you are burdening them by being there, the owner is confrontational if people attempt to address the rude/uncaring service. The food is CONSISTENTLY wrong if you order takeout, and fairly wrong if you dine in. The burgers are dry, despite being doused in sauces. The bartenders either don’t care about doing a good job and/ or are drunk and drinking, and get very upset when they have to actually work. But…. they’re pretty and blonde, and the target market is old farmers, so…..

Disappointed. One of our favorite spots, until yesterday. Ordered 2 burgers, waitress asked hubby how he wanted his (rare), didn’t ask me. Hubby did tell not to make mine rare. Burgers came, his very rare, mine pretty pink. Told waitress, she took burger, brought it back to me and left. It was well done. When she came back I showed it to her, she said she’d “see what can be done”. Husband finished his burger & fries. I did finally eat some of mine because I was hungry. When she finally came back she said “Is there anything else you want?”. Apparently she forgot about my well done burger. I told her since she couldn’t fix my burger and hubby was done eating to just remove it from the bill. So I went for a medium burger and got nothing but fries. She should have asked it I wanted it remade or if I wanted something else. So very disappointed. I really did like this place.

My wife and I are moving to Scandia so we decided to stop in for a burger on Saturday. First of all I want to start off by saying the food was really good so that’s why I’m giving it a 4 star rating. The service and time it took to get our food was not the best however. When we got there only 3 tables were occupied so business wasn’t exactly booming but it took 45 minutes for us to get two burger baskets with two cooks in the kitchen. I usually always give places 5 stars especially when I know the place is working really hard to satisfy the customer but during this time frame your staff was not. We will be back, as I said the food was quite good but the customer service has a ways to go to earn my fifth star.
