I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Today’s experience is just unacceptable. I ordered chili pao tofu, I got chicken instead. ordered the Thai iced tea which never arrived. The substitution for soup was not honored. And when I called to report, I was asked to go to the restaurant and talk about it as he didn’t want to talk over the phone. Be better.. I’ve been coming to your place for 8 years now

Really underwhelmed with the food. Very flavorless. Ordered chicken pho, I got less than a small fist size of rice noodles; the other half of the container was bean sprouts. There wasn’t even cilantro.

Atmosphere was good. Ordered Mekong dumplings steamed and they came lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. My chopstick went through the skin and a while bunch of water came out and I touched it and it was cold. Tamarind Roasted Duck was good though and so was the portion size.

Long time customers NEVER returning again. The recent new ownership has only downgraded the quality of food and service. For the third time, they did not include sauces for $30+ worth of appetizers when we specifically asked 3 times. No chopsticks or extra napkins like we requested. Food gets worse and worse by the week. Do yourself a favor and try food at other great establishments in the area. You have permanently lost this weekly customer.
