I’ve been vegan for 45 years and recently had lunch at Melange. The food is fabulous. Service was exceptional. I will be coming here frequently and look forward to trying many more menu items. Being new to the Medford area, I am so pleased to find such a delightful vegan restaurant. My daughter (who is not vegan) really enjoyed her meal as well. A good place for all to eat.
