I had the pleasure of having food catered from this woman’s restaurant where I volunteer 2 times a week. We had yams, collard greens, salad with dressing, catfish, chicken, rolls, mac & cheese and cheese cake & cupcakes for desert. The food was so incredibly awesome. This was a true soul food experience. I met the chef in person and she’s the kindest person I’ve met in awhile. So we will definitely be going to her restaurant in the near future. The Mac and cheese was like no other I’ve ever tasted. What an awesome nutritional meal. I wish I could eat like this daily.
