This place was great! We met the owners outside of work and had to come try their food! After making it inside to see what the place was all about, we quickly fell in love with the interior decor. It’s a must see in person. Especially if you have ever been to Puerto Rico! And then we check out the menu to find a great selection of, you can guess, Empanadas! And she changes it up regularly to add new options! I wish we were locals so we could try them all. We will definitely be back and hopefully we will be locals next time!

This place is amazing!! Great food and even better service. I had the cheese dog which i hadn’t had since my grade school days in P.R. and almost cried, it was so delicious! Me and my G.F also tried the beef and cheese and the alfredo empanadas, they’re by far the best empanadas we’ve ever had. It’s a shame I don’t live in Daytona or I’d come to Melina’s everyday!

These empanadas were absolute fire! I had the chicken, beef, chicken parmesan, and strawberry cheesecake. All delicious. My wife had the beef and plantain and said it was awesome as well. Service was great. The value for the money was also great. They fill these empanadas up, no skimping on the filling like most places do. The restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. I will definitely repeat!
