Was out here supporting a wedding band and heard about this spot from the other techs. It really is the little, unassuming holes in the wall that crank out the best food. If you aren’t actively hunting down places like these, then you are missing out. I got the crunch wrap with chorizo, green chile, beans, eggs and cheese, with a side of habañero sauce. Perfect meal to get me back on the road: quick, flavorful, satisfying. All made to order. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

20 year local in Summit County. Just discovered this place.. the breakfast burrito may very well be the best in town. Everything cooked to order, tasted very fresh, hot, fantastic flavors. Gonna be my go-to grab and go for snowmobile season and Sunday morning hangs.

The food encouraged me to write my first review, as the area has very few high quality food trucks. I will DEFINITELY be returning for breakfast again. I had the sausage and gravy crunch wrap, which blew me away; very unique textures for a breakfast sandwich. The portion was great and appropriately priced (I’d even say it was cheap for the area); plenty of egg and sausage. Made fresh, served hot, and quick! The sauces are not homemade, but I tried the habanero and ghost sauces which were both fantastic; loaded with flavor rather than just heat, and they don’t overpower the main event. Based on the quality of the food, I would assume that they chose to outsource hot sauce for a good reason (equipment, consistency, access to ingredients); these were not cheap/basic sauces. The owner/operator is friendly. The area is a little off the main road, and there’s no seating in the immediate area other than the ground; for me, that doesn’t matter (just mentioning in case it matters to you). For a small group, there are some tables outside of the hotel next door. I’m not sure if the hotel minds, but that’s where I ate and it provided a great view of Buffalo Mountain.

Delicious breakfast! I love the Ghost sauce, has a great kick and really wakes you up. I ordered Daddy’s burrito with chipotle chicken and would definitely order again. It was so filling and tasted fresh. The potatoes inside of it were cooked to perfection, basically melted in my mouth.

10/10 Hands down best breakfast tacos I’ve ever had. Hubby had the Crunchwrap with steak also delish! Sweet guy working. We are travelers and foodies and have eaten all over the world. We stopped on our way to Leadville, so so glad we did! Tacos on the tailgate for the win! I would drive out of my way to stop here again.

If you’ve been looking for a grab & go breakfast food (aka burrito) place on i70- look no further. They’re right off the highway behind the Exxon gas station, so an easy decision/stop if you’re already getting gas in Silverthorne. Their breakfast food is all incredible, flavorful, and filling. You can also call ahead and place orders for pickup which comes in clutch if you are in a timecrunch. We’ve gotten the burritos and Crunchwrap numerous times and will continue to!
