Had a great experience, The owner greeted us and we ordered drinks and went out the gazebo to watch the waves roll in. He would periodically come see if we needed anything else. and then brought the second round out to the gazebo. then we went out to the beach to enjoy the water. Truly a great experience

This is our family’s new favorite restaurant- it’s really unfortunate we live several hours away! We ate dinner at The Melrose Beach Club twice during our weekend stay. Both times the service and food were spectacular! The first evening we dined on the outdoor porch (a little more casual of an experience), and the second night we sat inside by the fire (more upscale.) We were extremely impressed with the generous portions, and the outstanding quality and consistency of the food. Both nights at least one of us had the “special” and it did not disappoint. My children really enjoyed the items on the kids menu too. And, of course, dessert was fabulous! Our family highly recommends this restaurant for both the atmosphere, and the food! *Worth noting- there is also a pool at the beach club that is open seasonally. It is open to the public for a small fee. I believe when the pool is open you will be able to order food out there as well.

Visited 2/16/2019 and really enjoyed the beach club! What a beautiful and laid back place. Great to see it being restored. Has a fully stocked bar with a friendly bartender that can fix you whatever you want. Also has a chef that fixed us an excellent lunch. His Cuban sandwich is top shelf!!! All this with a beautiful view. Look forward to going back!

Our families (11 of us total; 4 adults and the rest were kids!!) had the most wonderful time here this evening! We had to call to book a reservation but it was soooo easy and they were eager to accommodate us. The views are gorgeous and you have the option to sit outside or in. Our waitress was perfect and took our orders happily. Everything came out as ordered and in a timely manner. The owner spoke to us AND refilled drinks! We loved the hospitality we were shown and felt comfortable. It’s our second time to the island and were pleasantly surprised to see Melrose Beach Club open this time. We love all the cute places on the island but it was nice to have a sit down meal infront of the ocean!!
