Pizza Sauce is so fresh. I don’t know how they make their sauce but it is delicious. Pizza has the perfect crust. The cross has a crunch but yet is soft and you can eat the entire pizza crust in all. Sauce is absolutely delicious on the pizza as well as the pasta. Their white pizza is also good the crust and all. They also have welcoming staff, owner, and cook. I eat from here, my job orders from here, and I also pick up Uber deliveries from here. If you haven’t had Mel’s you are missing out.

I had a very good feeling about Mel’s as soon as we walked in. It appeared that Mel was back there training some new employees. The place was clean and organized. I got a good feeling about Mel’s. I decided to get the ultimate cheesesteak. The ultimate cheesesteak is a filet mignon cheesesteak. It has a $16.95 price tag. That should have been a flashing red beacon of ‘Jim don’t get this cheesesteak.’ The meat was very good. I repeat, the meat was very good. I don’t think the other stuff worked with the meat. The roll was pretty traditional. It had a Mel made cheesy combination of American cheese and Wiz, I thought this was too much. I think the great meat only needed complementary pieces. We took our Cheesesteak to 2SP Brewing Company. Next time we’ll go straight to Aston Abbey. How can you dislike very good filet mignon?

Always get there switch it pizza with extra sauce and of course French fries BOTH are amazing, however we tried the BBQ chicken pizza to switch it up and it was AMAZING!! definitely will be getting that again. Also everyone is super friendly that works there and my food is always HOT and made just how I asked, thanks mels!

Just ordered from here off Uber eats the pasta tasted like it was NOT freshly made. Like they used canned products to make it.(hubby was NOT pleased) I ordered a veggie pizza and gave details that I did NOT want olives. They gave me them anyway. Dough was very thin and bc they just plopped the ingredients on top, my pizza broke apart VERY easily which made it difficult to enjoy. For the price ordering frm Uber eats(50 bucks!) this was a very disappointing meal. Will not be ordering from here again. And we order out frequently. This is what we get for trying a new place. Order at your own risk!!

Heard they had new owners so we gave it a try and hoped it would be better then it use to be… Nope! Ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli and it was literally 95% cheese.. ordered the chicken tenders and they were overcooked, hard and extremely dry.. didn’t like it before and it’s not any better now..

I don’t usually leave reviews unless the food is really bad, but when you include the wrong dressing for a salad, forget the basil leaves, forget the extra cheese on the burger, and overall everything is ice cold regardless of the place being barely ten minutes up the road… you’ve got a problem. Normally I’ve had great experiences with this restaurant but lately, and this can also be said about a lot of the places in the area, the quality has definitely taken a noticeable dive.
