best boudin that I have had in a while, with green onion and separate rice and a just enough liver to notice. The cracklin was pretty good too. much better than the big common boudin places in and atound Lafayette that will shamlessly sell yesterday’s cracklin that has been under a heat lamp until it’s hard as a rock.
