It’s been more than a year since I went to Melt Shop and I already miss their old recipe. My favorite is the Truffle Melt and it seems like they changed the recipe. I prefer the old one without the pesto and parmesan because they overpower the truffle oil. Plus, they increased their price. However, I did enjoy the parmesan and herb fries.

This place was great. The sandwich was awesome and the girl in the front was very friendly! I’ve never been to this place before so I was shocked as to how good it was. I ended up ordering a second sandwich and ate the first one in less than a minute. I guess they could make it bigger but it was awesome. Loved the grilled chicken.

Their menu is never accurate. Shakes are listed on the big menu at $5.99 (Expensive to start, but the same as neighboring shake shack.). When you get through the line to the self help kiosk it’s suddenly $6.49… AWESOME. Last time I was there items on the menu were not available anymore (I think it was Mac and cheese they were discontinuing… the whole reason my daughter asked go to Melt shop was for the mac.). Everyone who works there seems totally miserable. Food is fine, but expensive for what it is.

Half an hour ago when I ordered something to eat I didn’t expect such poor service, a person with a realy bad manners. First he made fun of my accent when I was giving him the order. I just let it go and just ignore it. However, when my order was ready, it occurred to him to call me sir instead of the name I had previously given him. That it was (Estefany). All the time he had that mocking face. Honestly the worst experience. I hope they take action. It is not right that he treats people like that.

DO NOT trust the food here, I ordered a salad and had to throw it out because the lettuce was expired. Literally the entire bowl was brown lettuce and I spent more time picking through the bowl than actually ordering the food. Literally so disgusting. Had to throw my entire plate out, $21 down the drain with no refunds. Avoid this place at all costs!

If you are going to this place, beware. There is a very short woman who is a cashier taking orders. If you are hard of hearing, do not go to this place because she did not speak loud and clear and I had a hard time understanding her. She also short changed me when I gave $10 and the original cost was $9.20 and needed me to give her $0.20 which therefore would pay an extra dollar. She needed to count the bills carefully which I was trying to get rid of my single dollar bills. Good thing she recounted because she could have shortchanged me and I would have complained. I went to try this place for myself and sure enough, the cashier gave me a hard time by not speaking clearly. When I got my sandwich, the sandwich was NOT spicy enough and which tasted like a regular chicken sandwich. They did not make the sandwich spicy enough and need to do a good job spice up the sandwich. If you go to food court, choose shake shack than melt shop because I would recommend you stay away from the cashier who is short because she had a temper when speaking to me I clearly. But the other female employee who gave me the food was friendly though. Until then, I would recommend staying away from the place or have the woman be moved as a cook or one who just hands the food without speaking.

Had the chicken bacon ranch and korean bbq Melt.. it was ok but not the greatest. Little expensive for what the taste of food is.. one Melt sandwich runs aprox $9 and up. I thought the chicken bacon ranch was ok, little bland
