Amazing food and customer service! I love that they offer little soup dippers for your sandwich, so you don’t have to get a full bowl if you just want a little to dip. They also have a toy basket that they let my toddler pick from for free while we waited which I thought was genius! Love love love this place!

I’ve been here twice so far on mall trips and first time around I wanted to try something more than the basic, so I got the artichoke chicken with pesto melt. It was good, but if you’re not a pesto fan then I think you’d probably enjoy trying something else more.

Disappointed by the quality of food for the price. I ordered the Melty Burger for $9.64, it had a small burger patty on it, and was DRIPPING with grease (making the bottom bread soggy by the time I received it). The worst part was that the cheese wasn’t even fully melted. For a place named “Melty” I’d expect the cheese to at least be melted. Wouldn’t be surprised when this place doesn’t survive, just like the other restaurants that have been in this spot at the food court.

I’ve been working in the mall for about nine months now. And in those nine months I have been to Melty about 4 times. First time I ordered a tomato basil sandwich. I spent seven dollars just on the sandwich. The sandwiches are small which left me still hungry leaving me to go spend money somewhere else. Second time I ordered a salad. The lettuce was still on the stock trying to cut it up with the plastic knife. With very little toppings missing avocado, which was the most expensive part that I paid for. Third time I went in. I asked to order two different sandwiches which they told me i couldn’t order because they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. Today I went in for the 4th time. I thought I would give it one more chance because it looked like new staff. The lady there was very sweet and look like she was working hard. I got my salad and started eating it to find out the very little toppings, missing the most expensive part again, which I paid for the avocado. Also missing red onions and other stuff. Because I am on my break, I don’t have time for them to fix it. I don’t know how other stores are, but I really feel like this store needs some intervention and training from somebody who really knows what they are doing. Maybe training is difficult because of such a high turnover. I wish the best for the store, and that somebody can make a difference.

Service has always been good every time I’m there and food is very delicious. My only issue is how long it takes to actually get your food. I work in the mall and I get a 30 min break and 15 mins of that is just waiting for my food. Hopefully that changes down the road because their sandwiches are genuinely good.

SO freaking delicious! Their tomato basil soup is out of this world! I got it as a dip with their four cheese sandwich and I definitely should have gotten it as a bowl instead. Their sandwich was oozing cheese everywhere.

This place is awesome, glad to have something different in the mall as a long term employee at one of the suites. Had a slight ordering issue and the employee (owner/manager maybe?) at the counter fixed it at no cost, even though I’m pretty sure it was my mistake and wanted to pay for the fix. I offered several times but he wanted to fix it for me. I feel really bad, as I know how it is for a small business, I appreciate the customer service and will for sure be back and recommend everyone I can. The fries are phenomenal, don’t miss out !!
