I made the mistake of ordering and egg, pepper and onion breakfast burrito, assuming it would also contain other breakfast burrito ingredients like beans and cheese. Nope. The whole tortilla was filled with peppers and onions and maybe 1/10 of an egg. Seriously, I have scraped more egg out of a pan when washing the pan.

I started going to a restaurant in the 80s called Robertos. I loved the food at this place. They are all over San Diego. I found a couple of places in the Tacoma area that I thought was the same owner. The food is the same. The thing that ties them together is they don’t put rice and beans on the burrito. I like those items but I don’t like them on the burrito. Anyway I learned from the Tacoma restaurant they also owned Memos restaurant and went looking for them. If your familiar with Robertos I believe you will love this food too. The burritos are huge. The Carne asada is stuffed in there. Here’s a picture of some of the food I have ordered.

The food here is always so good, one of the better Mexican style fast food places around the Stadium area. Best part is they are open 24 hours. Customer service is somewhat lacking, but it isn’t terrible or anything. Wait times can be a bit long as well, which makes parking and waiting in line in their tiny lot difficult. As long as you are prepared for this stuff and know what to expect, it is always worth the wait.

Love this place, open 24hrs and definitely a late night stop for something to eat. Very quick service. Sometimes there’s some shady people hanging around in the shadows, so keep an eye on your surroundings.
