I personally had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I am concerned about the people who manage this establishment. When attempting to place a take-out order The young lady that ran the register, threw away the receipt for my order. When I arrived back 30 minutes later, the lady Had to pull my receipt out of the trashcan to find the order, but she also could not read the receipt. The lady seemed unbothered and did not apologize for throwing away the receipt or not having the order ready in the time that was given. I believe the people that manage this location Have an incompetent employee that they did not put in a position to succeed.

Very disappointed. I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner and got 3 strips. I like their food but this has never happened. I called back and they told me this was their 2 piece and stated, “Everyone has been complaining.” Best Wings can you do better?

7/16 ordered a 10 pc hot they arent very good its spicy but also have a sweet honey taste not what i wanted just plain hot. They wings are huge (not party wings) and fried kinda soft that makes the skin soggy (disgusting) Also the price menu is not up to date so ask before you make ur order cause this disappointment cost me $25. What a waste!

So after working for Memphis Best Wings back in 19 and its now 2021, been that things do changed I came on Google to see the reviews & I will say some had me shocked been that I use to work here and I knew how they worked and cooked. But like most jobs say you can’t satisfy everyone and I just had a BIG Taste for their wings specially the ( honey glazed hot ) so boom I went on and went regardless to what the reviews said. My food was very fresh and hot as I expected them to be, it was NO WAIT remind you we use to be packed around lunch time ( 12:00 ), cashier wasn’t rude, he got me everything I needed so I was very confused on some of the reviews that were made. But hey, I ate all my wings and even gave my manager one and she loved it. Great Job Memphis Best Wings, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. 🙂
