I want to start off by saying the food here is GREAT, but my most recent experience here was not great. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, which we didn’t initially know they closed at 3, and it was apparent that they were preparing to close as they had already emptied the beverage station and were cleaning for the end of the day. We asked if they were still taking orders, and they said yes, so we went forward with our order… I love the lemonades here, so we asked if we were still able to order them with the drink station closed. The lady asked which drinks we were wanting and said she would check when she returned. She said yes, we could order them and they would be delivered to our table, which they were, but they were both half empty. We wouldn’t have paid $7 for drinks if we’d known they were going to be half empty. We were in a hurry, so we didn’t complain, but I am still shocked that they thought it was acceptable to bring half-empty cups to our table and charge full price.

Great addition to west downtown lunch options! Great foot and place to sit and talk. It was completely packed for lunch but service was still moving at a good pace for being new and so busy. The Thai chicken sandwich was great and so was the couscous salad and the Chimichurri steak & bacon. That staff was super friendly and very helpful as well which always helps. They explained the menu items and would even bring you samples of the sides so you could see what they look like.

2 times I ordered simple items online for pickup and both times they delayed more than 10 minutes from expected time. First time they also ran out of soup. They serve customers in-line instead of fulfilling online orders and more than 10 people waiting for online orders, while their fulfilled shelves are empty. Finally they messed up my order – small size items instead of medium/large.
