Mercadito Latino is a WONDERFUL place and adds a very nice touch of cultural enrichment to the small town of Pocahontas, AR. It is a family-owned grocery store that carries things like fresh-cut meat, banana leaves, and kimchee, as well as your normal household items such as milk, bread, eggs, spices, and toilet paper. They have a box of ready-to-eat ethnic foods, like handmade tamales and papusas at extremely reasonable prices and a wide variety of affordable Mexican candies and beverages, like banana soda, Mexican Coke, and various flavors of aloe drinks. They also have a wide array of cultural items such as Latino clothing, pottery, and candles. And they deliver!! The owner is a very honest man and is very invested in his business so that every guest leaves satisfied.
