If you come from back East and miss your local deli, this is it!! Boars Head deli meats and cheeses, by the pound or in made to order sandwiches. Real ice cream. So many other yummy options. (And the owner special ordered me a Taylor Pork Roll!!) seriously my new fav place to grab food!

I’ve been waiting so patiently for the Mercantile to open. I LOVE IT! I’ve been in a few times and made some great purchases. We definitely needed this in our lives. The Cheese Curds are my favorite, a staple I used to have to travel to the North for. And the deli…gorgeous sandwiches.

I wish I could triple + star the owners of Merchantile 1887. Selflessly they stayed open, risking their own lives or possibly injuring themselves and car damages to get food out to the community!!!!!! I just moved to the area and saw the news reporting on them and their OUTSTANDING compassion for the elderly! I will definitely be a loyal customer just for their humanitarian work during the week long snow and ice storm.

Really lovely store with great options, it’s just super upsetting that each time we go in, the women who work there never seem to acknowledge us, even when walking right by them. A “hello and is there anything we can help with” would go a long way in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
