The food was amazing. The goat cheese appetizer was great! We sat outside, and it was incredibly pleasant. It would be a great date night place to have dinner and sip some wine.

Good food, excellent service with Wesley, as our server. He was great to make suggestions that thrilled our palate. Atmosphere is a bit disappointing but it’s cold & dreary. I’m sure it’s better in better weather when garage doors are open. Worth a visit. Check it out.

The pasta is delicious here. My husband and I usually stick to our regular restaurants but we were drawn in to Mercato’s for their Mangia Monday special. Mangia Monday is $10 for the pasta of the day and a glass of wine.

This is the greatest pork chop I’ve ever had in my life. I can die happy knowing I had this first. I am NOT kidding. Literally the best ever. Get it, love it, eat it.

Manager Peter was excellent to work with when I contacted him about food allergy accommodations prior to our visit. When we arrived, he personally came to our table to go over options, and we felt confident that he’d ensure a safe meal for our daughter. The food was delicious, the outdoor dining setup is great, and our server provided the perfect amount of attentiveness. We will continue supporting this awesome local restaurant!

This was the best restaurant experience my wife and I had on our trip to Louisville. Not only was the food delicious but, the way the staff accommodated us was above and beyond anything we could’ve hoped for. From the hostess to the owner everyone stopped by and ensured we were having the best possible dinning experience. I look forward to going back to Louisville in part of my desire to go here again.

Just had dinner here. Because of some of the reviews, ordered the pork chop. What a disappointment. It was tasteless, the polenta had absolutely no seasoning and the Brussels sprouts were charred beyond eating. There was no salt or pepper on the table and had to ask for it. It was as if the chef didn’t taste

Mercato is a great spot whether you’re looking for a dinner to celebrate or a casual lunch or dinner. Their salads are excellent. They make their own pasta and it is the best in Louisville. My personal favorite is the pork chop. If you’re looking for something casual their pizza is also top-notch. They have an excellent wine list and a couple of very good ones on top. They also have a good selection of bourbon.

My favorite Italian restaurant and they turned it into a takeout only joint. Talk about misreading the direction of consumers. Takeout was a temporary way restaurants could survive during the shutdown. It was not the way consumers would continue to dine. The restaurants are packed again take a look around.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Had a drink and mussels at the bar. The bartender completely ignored us. The manager came to help out the bartender and also completely ignored us. After getting tired of the lack of service and watching people walking in without reservations getting sat while we continued wait we left. The food looked good too bad the management and service is so bad.
