Not good for special occasions. We made reservations 2 weeks in advance to celebrate our wedding only to be seated in the pub because “reservations are not specific to the dining room.” Our server was friendly and we had a nice time in the end, but we we could have gone anywhere for that. My advice would be not to trust them if you’re doing something special.

I have been here on multiple occasions and ordered many different items. This for me is a hidden gem. I don’t live anywhere near here but if I head to Walden pond then you better guarantee I will be stopping by. Absolutely worth every cent when I come visit.

We were staying at the Colonial Inn and decided to try out one of their restaurants. We were not disappointed. We started out with the meat and cheese platter appetizer. The selection was a wonderful start to the meal with a wide variety of different cheeses and meats. My husband ordered the New York Strip and I ordered their stated award-winning braised short ribs for dinner. We were not disappointed in either entree. The bread basket has fresh baked rolls and cornbread. The waitstaff was well trained and very helpful when ordering. Our server even snuck an extra piece of cornbread which she noticed I enjoyed in my takeout box. We will be back again.
