My family and I had lunch here after church. The food was absolutely to die for!! You can tell everything was made with love!! We got a lot of food for the price and had enough to get full and bring some home. We will be back weekly to eat here. The closest food restaurant like this is all the way in west palm. Im so glad they have opened here.

Visited this place with coworkers for the first time for lunch and we were very impressed with the service. It’s a new restaurant in town and the environment it’s just amazing, very cleaned and staff is super friendly. They offer a good variety of lunch specials, the food is tasty with good flavor. We all agreed that the only thing we found not that good is the price on the juices ($7) and be aware there is a service fee in your check. I would recommend this restaurant for a good Latin food experience !

I’ll round up to 4 stars because they are trying really hard here and i like to support local businesses. The restaurant was spotless, the service was super friendly and my plantains were A+ perfect. I wasn’t in love with the chicken, the music was blaring the white table cloths with the cobalt blue napkins gave the interior a Greek vibe instead of Caribbean so it was a mixed bag for me. Not sure I’ll be back but I’m glad we tried it out.

We had an amazing meal at Merengue. Very authentic Latin food with incredible flavors. The staff was kind. The restaurant was sooo clean. It was a perfect date night. We shared one chicken and one beef empanada which were fried to perfection. I’ve never had monfongo, and I’m now a big fan! Highly recommend, we will be back

We had an awesome dinner at Merengue. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the empanadas, and the roasted pork trifongo was incredible. The service was very friendly and we love that it is family and locally owned. We will definitely be back and I can’t wait to try more from the menu.

The place was great, the design of it, the food was another level, me and my friends order the chuleta Cancan, and it was amazing, it was great size, the meat was on the point, juicy, the seasoning on point, it was more then enough for us, we were 3 and it was perfect portions for the the three of us. I’ve tried it twice so far. Had the lunch specials of the day. This is exactly the type of restaurant I’ve been looking forward to having in the area. Closest thing to home cooking (really good home cooking) in the area. Service is fast so it’s the perfect spot to get in and out of on a lunch break.

This place is AMAZING! From the food to the service this place is excellent! If you live or are nearby please visit this family business, they make you feel like family! I had the skirt steak with white rice, beans, and sweet plantains. My husband had the fried chicken with fried plantains, kids have chicken tenders and a steak sandwich. For appetizer we ate the small mofongos with shrimp. Lastly, you get a lot of food for your money! Words cannot express how delicious everything was!
