Bring a warm jacket as you are going to get blamed for not picking up your order when they have not even called your name just to find out that they gave your order away to someone else. Then you stand there even longer in the freezing cold while watching them give out a lot of orders to people that ordered after you did while waiting them to recook your food. Meanwhile, your original food is brought back after that customer realizes their mistake. When your food finally comes out it is not made to order and you do not receive an apology when everyone else standing around with you heard and saw everything that took place.
