Usually, i have a great experience here, but this last time, i was not happy at all. We were only checked on once. The food was BURNT, i mean almost black, and it was still served to us. Usually, this place is absolutely amazing, so i think it was just an off night. What is worse is it was my birthday on top of that.

I was looking for a local place to eat. Just picking up at Nebraska Plastics. Since I drive truck I like to find places that have good food. And try not to eat a lot of gas station food. Had their piggy Smalls Burger it was absolutely excellent.

Service was horrible and there were only 2 other tables with people at them and 1 person sitting at the bar and there were 3 waitresses and one was playing on her phone and the other 2 were doing nothing. Took forever to get waited on. We almost left because it was taking so long. Waitress didn’t write down our order and so she had to come back 2 times to ask us what we ordered claiming the cook threw our ticket away. What ticket?, and twice? When served our food, we were asked if we wanted silverware. In my practices, silverware is just brought to the table. I surely wasn’t expected to eat my salad with my hands was I? As for the food and drinks, I wasn’t impressed at all. My drink wasn’t made correctly by Dena and my burger was dry and the pulled pork on my burger appeared to be old as it had pieces that were hard in it and i couldnt chew it. My side salad was lacking also. Used to be a nice sized salad. Prices have went up and food portions smaller. I know you all can do better!!
