Last evening, May 14th, I ordered a Petite Strip Steak, the most expensive on the menu. I asked for it to be cooked Medium Rare. Not only was it not cooked Medium Rare, it was the toughest steak I have ever had. This morning I was able to rake off the mashed potatoes and had that with a couple of fried eggs. So not all was wasted!

Such a nice afternoon meal with my folks. New in town so our 1st visit here. We loved the ambience and the location and the service. Fun to watch all the prom regalia and photos. With a nice glass of red wine and an excellent server. Oh and the food was good too. We will be back.

Meridian’s restaurant is located in Sun City, Lincoln hills but is open to the public. The food and service are both above average. We find this place to be good value for the money. We typically eat at this establishment before the amphitheater concerts presented by Lincoln hills. Reservations are highly recommended on concert nights.

Ate outside on the terrace and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The rice paper shrimp appetizer was scrumptious (asked for extra sauce). Shared a salmon dinner which was cooked to perfection—moist and tasty with yummy squash on the side. Crista was a wonderful, attentive server who did a great job suggesting a beer and app.

The food options are limited, and it could be better, but they are comfortable serving their food. The quality isn’t where it was a year ago. The pandemic really didn’t do any favors for this restaurant, or it’s a joining bar.

Everything about this place is topnotch!!! I’ve never seen so many workers’ smiling and happy customers who were satisfied all the way around! Add in the setting, plus the view of the golf course, plus the portions of food..! It’s an absolute must return!!! Lincoln’s own private little hidden gem!!!

Definitely a 5.0 every time I either eat in the bar or pick up! I’ve lived in Sun City since 2005 with my husband, Marvin, until he passed away in 2021. We enjoyed many meals of prime rib or other cuts of steak, seafood, or salmon dishes, our favorites. The chefs have been great and always come up with delicious new recipes. I will continue to enjoy Meridians food often and bring family and friends as long as I’m here.

It was my first time. This restaurant is on a golf course. Reservations are needed for Sundays. The wait for our food after being seated was 30 minutes. We were starving. The presentation was so poor. Potatoes were boiled, no salt pepper they were cut in 4 pieces. It was so bland. The poor omelets was deflated, the cheese was cold! The omelet was cold. Toast ok.
