I ordered a fish filet sandwich bc that is how it is described on their menu. Needless to say, I was disappointed and annoyed to pay $10 for Gordon’s fish fillet and a handful of fries. But I do believe Gordon’s fish is thicker. I am at work, had no breakfast, and had a taste for fish. I called to discuss my dissatisfaction and was only offered a 15% discount on the next order w/no apology. I don’t think so…I will say their pizza is really good. That should be their focus. Now the fish sandwich I am used to is from Candied Yams in Salisbury, MD. They actually use a fillet as advertised. (pictured below)

The staff is always friendly and the orders are usually made very fast. Their fries are really good. Sometimes the orders aren’t exactly correct though.

Their food was absolutely horrible. The cheese was very thick and scabby. Rubbery texture and chewy. There was so much oil and grease that it makes my stomach turn just writing this review. We called them to let them know how bad the food was and the staff was rude and although they agreed to a 20% refund they hung up on us. Just an awful experience. Absolutely do not recommend.

I used to come to this place often then the service and attitude of the people that work there have went downhill. I figured I’d try again however I placed an order and was told 20 to 25 minutes. Then after I get there I’m told it’s going to take an additional 25min. Well that would’ve been fine if i was told that from the beginning then after waiting over an hour and a half I’ve had enough and went to get my money back and then all of a suddenly my pizza was ready. Then a lady asked how long I have been waiting for a pizza and I told her over an hour. Then I was told by the guy behind the counter not to say anything to the customer. This is my last time and I will not be back to this place it’s unfortunate that used to have good food and good service

My order is ALWAYS made the way I order it- if something cannot be made the way I like it- I get a courtesy call to let me know- my food is ALWAYS- hot and delicious when I get it- whether I pick it up or have it delivered (they are also the only place WILLING to deliver to my house that is only 8mins away.

Terrible customer service when I called and asked about my “well done” pizza being doughy…. I was told I was wrong and they did it well done, had to talk to 3 people who none said their name or position…. not worth the money for the taste…. fast delivery though
