I have been going to this Metro Express since it opened and have always recommended this store to others. The store used to be very efficient and the product very consistent. Recently that has changed and the pizzas never taste the same depending who is making them.

I think the food is great! I’ve never been disappointed with the food whatsoever and the service has always been super good whether I’ve picked it up in person or it’s been delivered. I only gave three stars for the atmosphere because there really isn’t much of one however I guess I could’ve been more generous because it’s a totally different experience than going to let’s say well we won’t name names but different pizza places and sandwich places. It’s very clean atmosphere so no worries there. It’s just need to be to have good service along with fast service therefore the atmosphere is going to be a little bit different but definitely clean.

Very hit or miss, usually like it but tonight was just too horrible of a mistake to be forgiving , I ordered online I picked an “Italian” stromboli and added spinach and mushrooms ended up with a doughy juicy mess filled with nothing but spinach and mushroom and cheese , they forgot the main ingredients… THE FREAKING MEAT (sausage&ham). I am pretty lit RN so I still ended up eating it all even though it was kind of gross. Won’t be ordering from here no more.

@megan hocking A delivery attempt was made within an hour which is not unusual on a Friday evening dinner rush. I was the driver who called 4 times left a voicemail followed by a text message and then called 3 more times in the span of 5 minutes sitting in the parking lot. After 5 minutes I left to finish other deliveries. 17 minutes after I made first call I received a text message followed by a call concerning the order. It was stated in the review “never got 1 message 1 phone call or 1 voicemail” yet there was a callback to my cell phone and reply to my message which means something was received from my phone. I’ve uploaded the pictures to show the calls, messages and time stamps. I tried to explained I was a block away and going to stop to make the delivery again but I was hung up on. I did go back within a minute of the call as I was only 1 block away. Pulled into the parking lot, called out to her and she turned around and walked back into the building.

We usually love it but tonight wasn’t good at all! I ordered 2 16 x-larger pizza’s. One cheese and the other cheese, green pepper, & double onions. It took over an hour like 1 hour and a ½! Then I tipped the driver $10 on top of the $30.00 I paid. What makes me made that the pizza’s were 14″ & 15″ I’m sorry but keep it consistent! We pay the price and still tip when we don’t get what we paid for!! Not right especially when we are a good customer! I called and nobody answered!! Not cool!

I have ordered from this trash of a restaurant so many times and tipped very well only being 8 mins away to try and earn the appreciation and respect of the establishment but it has taken over an hour multiple times to bring food less than 3 miles to deliver. Last order I had was two cold subs, two salads. And an XL pizza and it took over an hour as I was entertaining guests from outside the area. Time wasted.
