The setting and service gives the feel of an upscale Café. The cocktails they have are proper and done very well . We started off with the short rib empanada, surprised it came out with spicy mayo since it wasn’t on the menu. However once it came back the empanada was fantastic. When we got our entrees we were disappointed about hidden sugars in certain sauces or pickled veggies. I have to say despite the sugars they make a very delicious plate of food.

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times now and while the food and drinks have always been very good, right now we want to highlight the service. Tonight we went in looking for nothing more than a good happy hour vibe; some cheap drinks and apps at a bar. We had apparently been looking at an outdated happy hour menu online, which our lovely bartender Marie helped us realize, so unfortunately the happy hour, while still good, was not ~exactly ~ what we were expecting. We ordered some drinks, and while reviewing the updated happy hour options, we realized we were not quite in the mood for anything on the menu. We received our drinks, which were delicious, however my boyfriend noticed a small chip in the lip of his glass. I encouraged him to just drink around it as it’s not uncommon for bars to have small chips in the glasses (at least in my experience), however that solidified our decision to finish out our happy hour somewhere else. Marie was very understanding and even comped our drinks for us which, while unnecessary, was greatly appreciated and really showed us the level of service this establishment maintains. Marie is a fantastic bartender, who makes a mean martini, and has great bar-side manner. We will certainly be back!

It was a rainy day but we were able to eat out front under a sort of covered porch. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and the food was quite good! They had a cool variety of starters as well and cocktails!

I came here with my family for a casual dinner during the week. Unfortunately, the meal was awful from start to finish. We ordered the calamari appetizer and it was swimming in a pool of terribly sweet sauce. Our tuna appetizer was much better however. The bread that was brought out was dreadfully stale and obviously left over from a previous service. The entrée I ordered was the penne vodka, and to my surprise, it was served with a side of moldy Parmesan cheese. I did not realize it was full of mold until I’d put it all over my pasta, and the odor and color resembled that of blue cheese. The waiter was blasé about the situation but did remove the item from the bill. Not a word was said from the manager. I declined to have the entrée remade and walked next door for a slice from Federici’s instead. I’d say the only redeeming qualities of this meal were the cocktails. We won’t be back anytime soon.

I have to come here more often! Always excellent food every time! Love the eclectic menu from sushi to steak… Outdoor dining under covered patio! Elegant atmosphere indoors as well with bar downstairs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for higher end dining in downtown Freehold!!

I work in the area & this is the perfect delicious meal after a long day! The menu had so many options which all sounded delicious & they were! Went with coworkers the first time & loved it so much I brought my boyfriend in on my day off! Great atmosphere for the end of the day at work & to bring a date. Been here 3x now & i always tell my clients when they leave to stop in here.

Got the organic chicken which has so much flavor and was prepared so well and was still fresh when we picked up (we did to go). My boyfriend’s filet mignon sandwich was great as well! Will be returning but would love to experience dine in next time!
