Metzy’s food truck review – My partner and I ordered tacos and specifically noted that I needed gluten free tortillas. I ordered the fish tacos, but wasn’t informed that the fish was made with flour; the young lady taking orders didn’t know what the ingredients were. My partner and I switched dishes for this reason.

Bartender was cool. Nice and talkative. Building is nice. Food was sub par. Food came out cold. I mean MOST Mexican restaurants/cantinas dont charge for chips and salsa. They do.. and it’s a small amount that you get. Food is overpriced as well.

Probably the worst chicken chimi I’ve ever had. Dry. Smoked flavoring. Salsa is not right either. Smoky flavoring. Not sure what it is but flavor is not Mexican. Rice and beans were so dry and that flavor was off too. Seriously how do you mess up refried beans? First time ever only ate 1/2 of my food cuz tasted awful.

We live local and get take out from here often. Unfortunately we will no longer be giving them our business. They have messed up our order multiple times in the past and we’ve let it slide. Tonight I ordered a tofu bowl that was $19 (prices have been increased) and received a extremely small portion. So disappointing as we love to support local small businesses.

Great fun atmosphere located in the old train station and good food. Super friendly staff. We asked to makes some changes to the dishes we ordered for allergies and they were very accomodating. Supporting local artists. Last stop on the commuter rail from Boston. Live music on weekends. Ticks all the boxes!

For the price I expected much better. The food had no flavor, the rice tasted old and the black beans were dry. I ordered the chimichanga and the sauce on top was literally a pasta marinara sauce. There is better food elsewhere.

The food was PERFECT! Consistency, flavor, presentation A+! The waitress is a winner, she politely advised us that the food was getting a little extra time today because the house was full, we appreciated the heads up and decided to stay: NO REGRETS! The best chimichanga ever! Margarita was perfect, street corn a little cold what did not diminish the great flavor in nothing. The environment, the staff and the drinks made the time pass by fast. Great place, great experience! Will come back.

Food was good, I particularly liked the chicken street tacos. My wife liked the fried pickles and the quesadilla. My issue lies within the service of the restaraunt. The waitress came, dropped off the food, and didn’t check in on us till the end. We sat with empty water glasses the entire meal even though the food was fresh and hot out of the kitchen. She finally dropped off the check. We waited a good 25 minutes without her coming to collect my card. She walked back and forth without any food checking on other tables periodically. It was so bad that I had assumed that I was in the wrong, and that payment up at the front desk was required
