I admit I was a little skeptical seeing the bad reviews, but remember Brentwood is a pretty upscale neighborhood. I asked the waiter what he suggested. Funding. It was great. Served on a sizzling platter with grilled onions and peppers. Beans, rice, salad with some guacamole and tortillas. Really tasty and filling. Maybe enough for 2.

I’ve lived in Middle Tennessee my entire life, ate at a ton of different Mexican restaurants in the area and this may be the worst I’ve ever had. The food and drinks are overpriced compared to other restaurants. The food was bland, margaritas were basically just all sweet and sour mix and someone was smoking weed from the kitchen which made the whole dining room smell. Service was mediocre, they were understaffed but our server did the best she should and worked very hard. There are much better choices down the road like Garcia’s or Tito’s.

Super friendly staff, but food is just meh. Bathroom had no soap and a toilet is broke. On anight when there was maybe 20 total people there to eat, there was a lot that they could have done to clean things up.

Service was non-existent. Took a long time to take our order & we were the only people in there. Food came quickly but our drinks were not refilled & I had to stand up & wave to get someone’s attention that we wanted the check. Salsa & chips were good. Friend liked his chicken enchiladas. My chile relleno was so incredibly spicy that I couldn’t eat it. I like spicy food but this was ridiculously . I have NEVER had a chile relleno that was spicy. I was afraid that if I ate it I would get sick. My lips & tongue were burning for quite a while.
